How do I access older statisitics?

Can I get access to the raw logs?

We keep the raw logs on the server for apporximately siz months.  After that time they will be automatically deleted.  If you want to keep the raw logs for longer than that you will need to download them using an FTP program or similar.

What is the difference between pages, hists and vistors?

A page is a single page in your website.  It could contain many files (eg images, stylesheets, javascript).  A hit is an access to any one of the files that might make up a page on your site.  A visitor is supposed to be a person or a program that visits your website and looks at any number of pages.  The webstats software tries to work out how many vistors bu tracking hits from a particular machine on the internet within a certain period of time.

The webstats software can be confused by a number of things including proxies
